- A new internet window will pop up. Click on "Season Renewals".
- Customers who are LINKED (ordered previously) may enter their customer number OR email address and password. Click on "Sign In"
- If customers are UNLINKED (never ordered online), scroll down to where it says "Register Here" and click on "Register now"
- After clicking on "Register Now", UNLINKED customers enter their customer number and PIN (given previously via email) then click on "Activate"
- After clicking on "Activate", confirm/update any information including mailing address and phone numbers
- Click on "Next Step" when everything has been verified
- You should now be on the "Renewal Applications" screen. If you are not on this screen you may click "Season Renewals" in the menu on the left side of the screen. You should see the application you are renewing for, in this instance, "2010 ARMY FOOTBALL SEASON TICKET RENEWAL APPLICATION". Click on this application
- You should now see the season tickets you had the previous season, including number of tickets and specific seat location. You may keep the same seats as the previous season, or add additional seats at this time. If you have any special requests please include them in the "Comments" box at this time (For example: Move closer to aisle, move to XX section, etc). Please be as specific as possible so we can best accommodate your request. "Better Seats" or "Upgrade" is not specific enough.
- At this time you may also add additional items, including the Army vs Navy game (as many tickets as you've purchased season tickets) or "A" club priority seating season tickets.
- When you are finished, click on "Add to Cart"
- On the "Shopping Cart" screen, you have several options (noted above) before moving to the payment screen. If the application is complete, you must select a "Delivery Method". Options are "Mail" or "Will Call". If you would like to donate to the Army "A" Club for the priority season ticket seats you may do so at this time. If not, click "Check Out"
- You have reached the "Payment Information" screen. Scroll down….
- Army accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Choose your card type, input number and expiration date, and then input your card verification number found on the back of your bank card.
- After you have verified your card information, click on "Submit Payment"
- It may take a few minutes for the order to be processed. Once the order is processed, you will see the "Order Confirmation" Screen. A confirmation email will also be sent to the customer with this information. This is the confirmation; there is no need to re-verify with the ticket office once you have successfully renewed your application online.
